Cancellation

If you cannot take the booked rooms or apartments, you can send other persons. Is this not possible, we try to find new guests for your booking.

If you have cancelled your reservation, the cancellation charge is for reservations during fairs, Easter, Pentecost, Christmas and other periods, which are in great demand:

• Up to 2 months before you arrive, we calculate 30% of the rent.
• After 2 months before you arrive, you have to pay 80% of the rent, if we couldn't find new guests.
• After 2 months before you arrive, you have to pay the difference to your rent, if we could find new guests but it wasn't possible to get guests for the regular price. In either case you have to pay 30% of the rent.
• After 2 days before you arrive, you have to pay 100% of the rent, because we cannot find new guests and we have all bought or prepared for you (breakfast e.g.).
